Repair Information

Our Repair Engineers all have years of experience replacing components of all types, from through-plated passives such as resistors, through to high-density PLCCs, and this, coupled with the use of high-quality METCAL ™ soldering equipment and a SMART Junior™ surface-mount rework station allows us to perform high-quality repair on the most diverse range of products and technologies.

All agreed upgrades and modifications are carried out as a standard part of the repair.

All PCBs, outside of their primary protective packaging, are handled in a static controlled area, under strict static control procedures.

Each repair is tracked according to customer agreement from receipt to despatch, and in case of return.

All repairs carry a minimum 90 day warranty after repair, although the period is flexible depending on the equipment under repair etc. Warranty tracking is automatic, and an integral part of our repair tracking system.

All repairs are carried out on a fixed-price basis, either following quotation or across a batch of the same type.
