Present day service contracts tend to include "Loan" or "Advance Replacement" clauses, especially where customer-replaceable equipment such as telephone handsets are involved. For these types of contract, it is important that repaired equipment is returned to a standard that would be acceptable to any one of your customers. YOUR REPUTATION DEPENDS ON IT !!!!
